Proper storage: In the freezer. Only short periods at room temperature.

Shelf life: 2 months in the freezer.

Freezing: 2 months in the freezer.

Thawing: 1/2 hour before serving at room temperature and 45-60 min. before serving in the refrigerator.

How can you tell whether they are good or bad:
Mold, bad taste, odd texture or freeze damage. If you doubt, leave it out.

Attention! Has the ice almost been thawed, it can’t be re-frozen. Always use pasteurized eggs in homemade ice cream, unless the icecream mixture are heated up.
